Overview- Meet Madeline, A local Han Athabascan, knowledgeable in uses of Alaskan plants. Join her on a plant walk, learning how to identify and ethically harvest edible plants from nature. After harvesting, you will learn how to cook and prepare and store plants. Finally, end the day with a newly nourished skill and belly.
